Leads quality performance improvement initiatives. Utilizes data to identify opportunities for improvement, improve patient outcomes, and ensure appropriate resource utilization. Leads organizational initiatives to support the achievement of clinical designations and accrediting/regulatory agency standards. Supports the accreditation process through survey preparation and ongoing readiness. Develops and implements facility continual survey readiness plan, coordinates survey follow-up and response and oversees action plan compliance. Continuously prioritizes organizational Quality/Performance Improvement management needs based upon assessment and reassessment of findings/data or populations served, and Supports hospital initiatives in meeting core measures, patient safety and service excellence goals.
Education: Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in Quality Management in healthcare setting.
Licensure: Current FL RN License.
