Rural Health Job Opportunity: Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Summary 

Baptist Health South Florida is the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare organization with more than 15,000 employees working across six hospital campuses and more than a score of outpatient facilities throughout Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward counties. 

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree; Master's in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related area preferred. Five plus years of experience in a high-volume healthcare or corporate recruitment environment highly preferred. Ideal candidate must possess a high level of Strategic Agility, demonstrated success forging working relationships with Senior Leadership. Experience in employment brand development, pre-employment assessment and Selection Methodology, preferred. At least four years of hands-on managerial experience in high volume recruitment. 

In this position, the Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a Talent Acquisition team that produces excellent quality candidates aligned to the Baptist Health South Florida culture, mission and values for our corporate departments.
  • Leading the implementation of initiatives related to Talent Acquisition in high-volume clinical and non-clinical recruitment from Staff to AVP Level.
  • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives and projects.
