The Vice President Human Resources offers an experienced human resources leader an exceptional opportunity to join the acclaimed Moffitt Cancer Center leadership team. This executive will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and direction of all aspects of Human Resources with an HR Business Partner model serving the four key divisions of Hospital/Clinics, Research, Moffitt Medical Group and Administration. Responsibilities include creative workforce planning, recruitment/retention, employee relations, total rewards (salary/benefit plan) design and administration, employee health and wellness, volunteer & employee services, gift shop, salon, and the Moffitt Child Development Center.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A track record of success and performance in aligning HR programs and initiatives with organization strategies and goals with a customer service focus.
A contemporary and innovative approach to leading HR programs in talent acquisition, retention and reward, and recognition at the staff, management, and executive levels that support exceptional team performance in a complex medical, business, academic, or research environment.
This individual will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, professional certification at the SPHR level, or MS/MBA equivalent in related field, ten or more years of Human Resources experience, and a minimum of three years at the management or senior management level in an organization of similar or larger size and complexity.
