Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
BS in Pharmacy Degree with at least 2 years of inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience.
Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing.
Residency and/or Board Certification Preferre
Provide and monitor specialized clinical service(s). Provide direct patient care upon physician request or consultation to individualize drug regimens for adolescent, adult and geriatric and pediatric patient populations, demonstrating competency based upon the area(s) of assignment. Provide drug distributive functions as assigned. Demonstrate ability to work with the patients' growth and development based upon population groups, and meet standards of quality as measured by the QI process.
